In brief
Our signature Lymphatic Sculpting Facial combines manual lymphatic drainage, deep-tissue work, facial reflexology, cupping, intra-oral buccal massage and fascia release through the face, jaw, neck and scalp. Includes a cleanse, exfoliation, lymphatic brushing, electrical muscle stimulation and high-performance skincare to reduce puffiness, release tension and visibly sculpt, define and brighten.
A facial that works beneath the surface.
The RRR™ Face is Sous La Face’s signature professional facial massage in Toronto: muscle stretching, lymphatic opening, facial reflexology, fascia release, deep tissue work through the jaw and masseter, and intra-oral buccal massage in a single hour. It is the treatment this practice was built on, and it is available at our Yorkville studio. It is designed for anyone noticing the things a face does when the systems beneath it are under load: puffiness that was not there a year ago, a jaw that will not let go, a jawline that has softened without any obvious change.
The RRR™ Face is a professional lymphatic facial massage offered at Sous La Face Toronto for $259 CAD, in a 60-minute treatment. It combines muscle stretching, lymphatic opening and facial reflexology with lymphatic drainage, fascia release, deep tissue work through the jaw and masseter, intra-oral buccal massage and electrical muscle stimulation, following the RRR™ Method: Reroute, Release, Resculpt. Sous La Face pioneered lymphatic facial sculpting and treats at 110 Scollard Street in Yorkville, Toronto.
Each treatment includes a full cleanse, gentle exfoliation, lymphatic brushing, targeted facial sculpting techniques, and advanced tension release throughout the face, jaw, neck, and scalp. We finish with electrical muscle stimulation and high-performance skincare products to enhance definition, circulation, and glow.

Understand the method. The RRR™ Method: Reroute, Release, Resculpt
Start with your concern. Jaw tension, facial puffiness or buccal massage in Toronto
What type of facial massage is the RRR™ Face?
The RRR™ Face is an integrated lymphatic and sculpting facial massage rather than a relaxation massage or a skincare-only facial. It combines light lymphatic work with more targeted facial, jaw, fascia and buccal technique, in the order set by the RRR™ Method: Reroute, then Release, then Resculpt. The distinction matters more than it sounds. A relaxation facial massage is pleasant and largely superficial.
Skincare facials work on the surface of the skin. This works underneath it, on fluid, on fascia, and on the muscles that hold tension, because the face is an output of the systems beneath it, and those are the systems that change how it looks. Reroute opens the drainage pathways so fluid has somewhere to go. Release works the jaw, the masseter and the surrounding fascia, including from inside the mouth. Resculpt works the definition back through the cheekbone, jawline and neck, with an electrical muscle stimulation device. Always that order. The sequence is what makes the work hold.
Where can I book a facial massage in Toronto?
Sous La Face offers the RRR™ Face at 110 Scollard Street, in Yorkville, Toronto. The treatment runs 60 minutes at $259 CAD and includes lymphatic facial massage, sculpting technique, fascia-focused work, jaw and masseter release, intra-oral buccal massage and electrical muscle stimulation.
Booking is online, or by telephone on 416.901.2340. If you are choosing between us and a general massage practice, the honest difference is specialisation rather than skill: we do one thing, and the face is the most complex drainage territory in the body. We have worked it thousands of times.
Make it monthly.

Frequently asked questions
The RRR™ Face depuffs the face, sculpts the cheekbones and jawline, supports circulation, and releases facial tension. It supports skin longevity by improving lymphatic flow, fascia mobility, and muscle release.
The treatment is 60 minutes.
The RRR™ Face can be customized for sensitive skin. Product selection, treatment intensity and supporting modalities are adjusted by the practitioner based on the client’s skin, sensitivities and treatment goals.
Most members receive the RRR™ Face monthly for ongoing sculpting and lymphatic support. Clients targeting specific results often increase to bi-weekly.
No. The treatment is firm but never painful. Intra-oral (buccal) massage may feel unfamiliar at first but is gentle and precisely calibrated.
Yes. The treatment has zero downtime. Makeup can be applied immediately after, which is why so many clients book the RRR™ Face on the day of an event.
Yes. It is one of the most common reasons people book. The buccal and intraoral work releases the masseter, temporalis and the surrounding muscles that hold clench and TMJ tension. In Toronto this work is delivered by registered massage therapists and by practitioners trained in the RRR™ Method. We support TMJ relief. We do not diagnose or treat the joint itself.
Often, yes. It is one of the most common reasons people book, because the work releases the jaw, temples and cervical chain where that tension is held. Many clients who get tension headaches or migraines book for exactly this. We do not treat or prevent migraine, and we are not a substitute for medical care.
Yes. Lymphatic rerouting clears the drainage pathways around the nose, cheeks and cervical chain, and sinus pressure and facial congestion are among the most common reasons people book. We do not treat sinusitis or any infection. If you are unwell, we ask you to rebook.
Yes, and more than that. Lymphatic facial massage describes the first stage of the treatment: the Reroute work that moves fluid through the drainage pathways. The RRR™ Face adds fascia release, jaw and masseter work, intra-oral buccal massage and electrical muscle stimulation on top of it. Lymphatic drainage is where the treatment starts, not where it stops.
A traditional facial works on the skin: cleansing, exfoliation, product, extraction. Lymphatic sculpting works on what sits beneath the skin: fluid, fascia and muscular tension. They address different things and they are not substitutes. If your concern is congestion, texture or tone, a skin treatment is the right tool. If it is puffiness, tension or definition, this is.
The RRR™ Face is performed at Sous La Face’s Yorkville studio, located at 110 Scollard Street in Yorkville. Booking is available online at souslaface.com.

The RRR™ Face at Sous La Face Yorkville is one of the most recognized lymphatic facial sculpting treatments in Toronto. The 60-minute manual treatment combines lymphatic drainage, buccal massage, and fascia release.
Many Toronto brides book the RRR™ Face at Sous La Face Yorkville in the days before their wedding. The treatment visibly reduces facial puffiness, defines the jawline, and adds glow with no downtime. Makeup can be applied immediately after.
Puffiness is a fluid question rather than a skin question, so the work that addresses it is lymphatic. Look for a practice that works the drainage pathways in sequence, down through the neck before anything is done to the face, rather than one that treats the surface alone. The RRR™ Face is built around that sequence, and puffiness is the single most common reason clients book it. We would rather you asked a prospective practitioner how they sequence the work than take anyone’s word for being the best, including ours.
Intra-oral buccal work is included in every RRR™ Face at our Yorkville studio. It sits inside the Release stage of the RRR™ Method, so it is part of the treatment rather than an addition to it. Buccal work is done inside the mouth with a gloved hand, against the masseter and surrounding fascia, and it is the most direct route to jaw tension because the muscle is easier to reach from the inside than through the cheek. If you would rather it were left out, say so and it will be.
Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons people book. There is no downtime, so it can be done close to the day rather than a week out. If the event matters, book earlier in the day rather than immediately beforehand, and tell us at booking. The emphasis of the work shifts when someone is preparing for something specific.
