Your membership begins with a three-month minimum and then continues month to month. It renews and is billed automatically on your sign-up date each month until you cancel. To cancel, email your studio at least seven days before your next billing date. Membership credits reset on your billing date and do not roll over. Tier changes take effect on your next billing date. Cancelling within the first three months is subject to a $100 CAD fee. Gratuity is not included.

Yes. You can upgrade your treatment or add enhancements at any time by paying the difference. Membership credits cannot be used toward treatments of lesser value, but can be applied toward higher-value services.
No. Membership treatments are performed by our esthetician team and are not eligible for RMT insurance receipts. Membership pricing and discounts do not apply to licensed practitioner services. For RMT packages, please contact us for separate options.
