Learn the foundations of the RRR™ Method directly from Amanda Jeppesen, originator of the method, inside the Sous La Face studios where it has been performed more than 40,000 times.
Three days. Small cohorts. Supervised hands-on training.

The RRR™ Method was developed through years of hands-on treatment at Sous La Face. You will learn its techniques directly from Amanda, then practise them under close supervision until you understand not only the sequence, but the intention, pressure, placement and transition behind every movement.
Lymphatic facial sculpting and buccal work have grown rapidly. High-level, hands-on education has not always grown with them. The Sous La Face Academy was built differently: small cohorts, direct supervision, extensive hands-on practice and a credential that must be earned.
Technique needs repetition.
Approximately 60% of your studio training is hands-on. You practise each stage repeatedly while Amanda and trained assistants correct pressure, placement, positioning and sequence in real time.
Intraoral work requires confidence.
Before touching a client, you complete anatomy and safety education. In studio, a dedicated buccal training block covers consent, gloving, positioning, technique and supervised intraoral practice.
Certification should mean something.
Completing the course does not automatically make you certified. You complete an observed practical assessment followed by three reviewed case studies before earning the RRR™ Foundations Certification.
You complete the anatomy, safety and scope-of-practice prerequisite before arriving, allowing your three studio days to focus on demonstration, repetition, correction and hands-on technique. You will both give and receive the work throughout the program, with consent required for all techniques, including intraoral practice.

The RRR™ Foundations Certification recognizes practitioners who have demonstrated proficiency in the foundational techniques and three-stage structure of the RRR™ Method. You learn the principles, techniques and professional sequence behind Reroute, Release and Resculpt while remaining completely independent in your own practice. The signature RRR™ Face treatment and Sous La Face treatment protocols remain exclusive to Sous La Face studios. This is education, not a franchise. Your business, your treatment menu and your pricing remain yours, and there are no required ongoing franchise or licensing fees.
Complete a 25-minute observed practical assessment on Day 3 using a defined skills rubric. Successful practitioners leave the studio with Provisional RRR™ Foundations status.
Submit three consented client case studies within 60 days, including one complete treatment video. Each submission is reviewed by the Academy.
Once your case studies are approved, you receive the RRR™ Foundations Certification and become eligible for verification through Sous La Face. Certification is renewed every two years through continuing education.
Important: the RRR™ Foundations Certification is a private professional-development credential. It is not a government licence and does not expand a practitioner’s legal scope of practice. Practitioners may only perform techniques permitted within their professional scope and jurisdiction. Where intraoral work is not permitted, practitioners complete the External Track.
The inaugural Academy cohorts will be held inside our West Hollywood and Yorkville studios. Each founding cohort is limited to eight practitioners to preserve the level of supervision hands-on training requires. Founding graduates receive founding tuition and permanent recognition as an RRR™ Foundations Founding Practitioner.

The program is open to anyone serious about learning the method. Licensed estheticians, RMTs, LMTs and other regulated professionals complete the Full Track where their permitted scope includes intraoral work. Everyone else completes the External Track, which teaches the method performed entirely from outside the mouth. We confirm which track applies to you before your seat is finalized.
That depends on your professional designation and jurisdiction. Practitioners whose scope permits intraoral work complete the Full Track. Those whose scope does not permit it complete the External Track. The RRR™ Foundations Certification does not expand or alter your legal scope of practice.
Yes. Hands-on partner practice is a central part of the program. You will both give and receive techniques throughout the three studio days. Participation in any specific technique, including intraoral work, is always subject to consent.
No. Tuition covers the training program and included experiences. Academy students receive access to a preferred rate at a hotel near each studio, but you are welcome to stay wherever you choose.
No. RRR™ Face is the signature proprietary treatment of Sous La Face studios. Graduates may identify themselves as RRR™ Foundations Certified and incorporate techniques they are legally permitted to perform into their own independently named treatments.
There are no required franchise or ongoing licensing fees. Certification renewal occurs every two years through continuing education. Participation in the practitioner directory is optional.
Sous La Face Academy is applying for NCBTMB Approved Provider status. CE eligibility will be confirmed prior to the applicable cohort.
I built the RRR™ Method because I believed the hands could do more. By working deliberately with lymphatic pathways, fascia and muscle, we developed an approach to facial sculpting that has now been performed tens of thousands of times inside our studios. The Academy is about teaching those hands properly.
Amanda personally leads every RRR™ Foundations cohort alongside trained Sous La Face practitioners, and continues to mentor founding graduates for six months following the program.
The first RRR™ Foundations cohorts are limited to eight practitioners in Los Angeles and eight in Toronto. Request a founding seat and our Academy team will contact you to confirm eligibility, answer any questions and finalize your registration.
