Sous La Face opened North America’s first studio dedicated to lymphatic facial sculpting as a category, in 2020, before the form had a name. The method is still ours, still trademarked, still rooted in what the hands can do.

The RRR™ Method combines lymphatic drainage, buccal massage, fascia release, and circulation to visibly sculpt the face – without injectables, without downtime.

Why Sous La Face exists

I started Sous La Face to prove that visible facial change could come from the body’s own systems, not only from needles, lasers, or machines.

Not a no-injection studio out of judgment. A no-injection studio out of curiosity. What happens to a face that gets worked on the way the body was meant to be worked on? Hands. Drainage. Release. Repetition. Month after month, for years.

What happens is the face starts looking like itself again. Brighter. Lifted. Less swollen. More like the face you remember being yours.

Six years in, we’ve done over 40,000 treatments. We’ve taught the technique to practitioners in two countries. We’ve held the line on manual work while every studio around us turned to machines as the main event. We use technology, but the hands are always the lead. That’s the line. That’s the practice. That’s Sous La Face.

Can buccal massage help with jaw tension?

Many clients report relief from jaw tension after the RRR™ Face. Buccal massage works through the inner cheek and masseter area where stress and clenching are commonly held.
