Sous La Face offers lymphatic body treatments in Toronto. The RRR™ Body is full-body work for recovery, 90 or 105 minutes. The RRR™ Brazilian is targeted sculpting, 75 minutes. You can also book the face and the body together in one visit, or explore the RRR™ Scalp + Brain treatment below.
All of it is built on the RRR™ Method: Reroute, Release, Resculpt. Lymphatic drainage to reroute, fascia release to release, deep manual work to resculpt.
You train, you travel, you sit, and you are carrying tension through the whole body. 90 minutes covers it. 105 gives more time per area.
You want the work concentrated, with contour as the point. Fascia release, wood therapy and lymphatic cupping on one region rather than the whole body.
The face drains over short routes into the nodes under the jaw and along the neck. The body has longer routes, deeper vessels and far more tissue to move through. The work is slower, broader and more physical, which is why a body session runs 75 to 105 minutes.

Lymphatic body work at Sous La Face is wellness and cosmetic work. It is not treatment for lymphoedema, which is a medical condition managed by a certified lymphoedema therapist. If you have been diagnosed with lymphoedema, or you have had lymph nodes removed, speak to your physician before booking.

For consistency, we recommend booking about every four weeks. That is also why we developed the Sous La Face memberships: RRR™ Essential at $229 CAD a month includes one RRR™ treatment of your choice, and RRR™ Optimal at $449 CAD a month includes two. Members use their credits across body and scalp treatments, and both tiers are honoured at the Toronto and Los Angeles studios.
No. Body treatments are booked on their own.
Registered massage therapy is a regulated health profession with its own scope and its own purpose. Body work delivered by one of our Registered Massage Therapists in Toronto does qualify for an insurance receipt. Ask for the receipt when you book. Whether your plan reimburses it depends on your coverage, so check with your insurer. Registered massage therapy is also bookable on its own.

Yes. RRR™ treatments can be booked up to and including the day of an event, for the face and for the body. The RRR™ Brazilian is the one to book when the goal is sculpting for a specific date.
