Ideal for clients new to lymphatic work, regulars who maintain results through monthly visits, and anyone preparing for events, photographs, or moments that matter. It is also the protocol of choice for clients managing TMJ tension, post-travel inflammation, hormonal puffiness, on-camera schedules, and recovery from injectables.
Sixty to ninety minutes of focused, hand-led work, depending on the treatment. No downtime. Visible depuffing and sculpting immediately following treatment. Makeup can be applied right after. For maintained results, monthly visits are recommended. Many clients increase frequency to bi-weekly when targeting specific goals or recovering from periods of stress, travel, or inflammation. For a puffy face, a tight jaw and a jawline that has lost its edge. Our signature treatment opens with muscle stretching, lymphatic opening and facial reflexology, then deep tissue release through the jaw and masseter, then buccal work from inside the mouth, finishing with sculpting through the cheekbone and jawline. You leave depuffed, more defined and visibly brighter, with nothing injected and nothing to recover from. It is the one people book before photographs, and the one they come back for monthly.
For a heavy body, aching muscles and that sluggish, inflamed feeling after travel, training or long weeks at a desk. Ninety minutes of full-body lymphatic drainage, fascia and deep tissue work, trigger point release and guided breathwork, including the abdomen, arms and décolleté that most bodywork leaves out. This is recovery rather than relaxation. You walk out lighter than you walked in.
For bloating, water retention and a body that feels heavy, before a wedding, a holiday, or after a long flight. Seventy-five minutes of lymphatic drainage first, then Colombian wood therapy, cupping and gua sha through the fascia, finished with sculpting and long stretches. It smooths and contours through the waist, hips and legs, and it does all of it by hand rather than by machine.
For headaches, jaw tension and a head that will not switch off after long hours on screens. Seventy-five minutes on our Japanese head spa, beginning with a warm hair wash and scalp treatment, then working the neck, scalp, jaw and drainage pathways from collarbone to crown. A regular facial works on the surface of the skin. The RRR™ Method works beneath the skin to address the underlying systems that create facial puffiness and loss of definition: stagnant lymphatic flow, fluid retention, and tension held in the facial fascia and muscles.
The RRR™ Method integrates three modalities in a defined order: lymphatic drainage, intra-oral buccal massage, and fascia release, followed by deep sculpting. Standard lymphatic drainage is one component of the Method, not the entire protocol. The sequencing, the buccal integration, and the sculpting finish are what make the Method proprietary.
The RRR™ Method is hand-led at every stage. Optional add-on tiers can layer microneedling, BioRePeel, or exosomes onto the Method. For injectables like Botox or filler, clients work with their preferred provider, and we’ll advise on timing so the Method and the injectables complement each other.
Yes. The Method works alongside injectables and many clients incorporate both into their routine. We recommend scheduling the Method at least 2 weeks before or after Botox, and at least 4 weeks before or after filler, so the manual technique doesn’t disperse injectables before they’ve fully settled. Outside those windows, the Method complements injectables beautifully.
No. The Method is firm but never painful. Intra-oral (buccal) massage may feel unfamiliar at first but is gentle and precisely calibrated.
There is no downtime. Visible depuffing and sculpting appear immediately after treatment, and makeup can be applied right after. This is why the Method is widely used as same-day event preparation.
Yes. The Method itself is performed entirely by hand and is well tolerated by sensitive, reactive, and rosacea-prone skin.
