Accessibility
Sous La Face is committed to making our website and studios accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every guest to be able to learn about our treatments, book with ease, and feel welcome in our spaces.
Our website
We aim to meet recognized accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We work toward:
- Clear structure, readable text, and sufficient color contrast
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus for interactive elements
- Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images
- Content that adapts to different screen sizes and devices
Accessibility is ongoing. We continue to test and improve the site, and we welcome feedback that helps us do better.
Our studios
We want our Toronto and West Hollywood studios to be comfortable and welcoming for all guests. If you have specific access needs for your visit, such as step-free access, seating, or extra time, please let us know when you book, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Ontario (AODA)
Our Toronto studio is committed to the principles of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), including providing goods and services in ways that respect dignity, independence, integration, and equal opportunity.
Requesting accommodations
If you need an accommodation to visit a studio, book a treatment, or access information on this site, please contact us and we will work with you to meet your needs.
