Do I need a consultation? I’ve received this treatment before!

Yes! We recommend that every new client meets one-on-one with our providers to ensure that this treatment is right for you. It also helps us get to know each other!

During your complimentary consultation our providers will discuss your aesthetic goals, concerns and current skincare routine. From there, they will create a custom treatment plan specifically targeting your areas of concern.

Do I need to make a deposit for my treatment?

Some treatments require a $200 refundable when booking treatment packages. If you have changed your mind about your treatment package, your deposit is refundable within 24 hours notice prior to your first appointment. If a treatment package is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the deposit will be refunded to you.

Do I need to put a credit card on file?

Like most appointment-based services, we require a credit card to secure your appointment. This card will not be charged unless there is a missed appointment without notice. Following which, a fee of $75 will be charged to the credit card on your account.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Sous La Face understands that the hustle and bustle of everyday life means that you may not be able to make your appointment. We would be sad to miss the opportunity to see your glowing face in our Studio, but if you must cancel we won't take it personally.

What is your policy for late appointments?

We want to give you the best experience possible every time you come to see us. We know you want to be on time, but sometimes life and the City might have other plans for you!

If you are running less than 15 minutes late, not to worry. Please give us a call to let us know. Once you arrive, we will take good care of you. Kick your feet up, exhale, and let the stress of the rush fade away.

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please call us to let us know. We might have to make some changes to your service. Depending on the type of service, we will offer you one of the following:

  1. A shorter service.
  2. To reschedule your appointment in order to provide you with the full treatment experience.

What is your return policy for products?

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returns will be returned on the original method of payment and the receipt or proof of purchase on your account in our system. Products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging and/or with the original tags attached. Sales are final on all gift cards and sale/promotional items.
