What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Sous La Face understands that the hustle and bustle of everyday life means that you may not be able to make your appointment. We would be sad to miss the opportunity to see your glowing face in our Studio, but if you must cancel we won't take it personally.
We graciously ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice of your cancellation. We know that things come up that can't always be predicted. We will make every effort to rebook you and get you in to see us as soon as possible!
Sous La Face's cancellation policy encompasses the following:
- If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of your service.
- If you have changed your mind about your treatment package, your deposit is refundable with 24 hours notice prior to your first appointment. If a treatment package is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the deposit will be refunded to you.
- We require a credit card to secure your appointment upon booking. Missed appointments will incur a fee of 50% off service to be charged to the credit card on your account.

What is your policy for late appointments?
We want to give you the best experience possible every time you come to see us. We know you want to be on time, but sometimes life and the City might have other plans for you!
If you are running less than 15 minutes late, not to worry. Please give us a call to let us know. Once you arrive, we will take good care of you. Kick your feet up, exhale, and let the stress of the rush fade away.
If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please call us to let us know. We might have to make some changes to your service. Depending on the type of service, we will offer you one of the following:
- A shorter service.
- To reschedule your appointment in order to provide you with the full treatment experience. (24 hour policy charges will apply)
